Shui Jin Gui is an oolong tea from the Fujian province of China.
This yancha [rock tea] is made from the Shui Jin Gui varietal. Sweet and herby with fruity notes over a deep and sticky base. This tea is succulent and full of flavor, with fragrances that transform from second to second between the cup and the leaves, especially in the first few steeps, making for an engaging gongfu session.
