Our Tie Guan Yin Old Style is processed with an emphasis on traditional style roasted processing.
The old style has a bitey roast at the forefront. The soup has a briny char that is dense with aroma in the cup and on the leaves. An intense and brothy tea with a strong balance between complexity and affordability.
