The 2017 Natural Redhead is a pressed black tea from Yunnan, made in the dianhong style. Made from large leaf varietal material, the tea is sun dried, with no machine processing involved. The tea is smooth, with a very thick body, and a soft natural fragrance.
Drink now or age a few years before drinking.
This tea has been tested and passed the test for 440 of the pesticides and herbicides on the EU MRL list.

The set is an excellent comparison of processing methods for new tea drinkers, but the leaf used is all high quality, so even experienced drinkers can enjoy the Chocobars! The 2016 ChocoBar Black Tea is a 100g brick, with a shape that is easily breakable for convenient brewing.
The brick is made of a blend of Yunnan large leaf varietal black tea that was sun dried. It can be aged or brewed immediately. This tea has an airy fragrance, with fruity notes and a smooth texture.
A blend of both white and black tea, Hot Brandy is a completely new style of cake that was born of experimentation. The soup is thick, smooth, and fragrant. It fairs well with both gongfu style and western style brewing. The tea has excellent endurance and can steep for a very long time and can even withstand being simmered or boiled without becoming acrid.
Both the white tea and black tea have been sun dried and should age well together. However, this cake is the first of its kind; how it will age is anybody's guess.
The Black Meizhan is a black tea processed using a meizhan varietal usually used for oolong tea. It is has a bright, flowery profile that is akin to some wuyi oolong teas, but with the soft smoothness of a black tea. An interesting experimental black tea from Fujian province.

Also referred to as Zhengshan Xiaozhong and Lapsang Souchong, this is a classic black tea from Wuyi in Fujian province. While some modern versions of this tea are smoked, the traditional version is processed with no smoke. It has naturally occurring flavors of yams and pine, with a rich body.

The Xigui black tea is soft, elegant, and ethereal. Very limited production from the spring 2016.

The A&P is a pressed black tea, suitable for aging in the short term. Intentionally processed on the lighter side with traditional sun drying, this black tea has deeper chocolate flavors. This tea was a special commission for white2tea using large leaf Puer varietal.

The Bang Dong Hong is made from Puer large leaf varietal material, but is processed as Dianhong hongcha [black tea]. Chocolatey depth, with a sweet smooth body. Strong endurance, the Bangdonghong is intentionally priced to be a super affordable daily drinker, but nonetheless very high quality tea.
