Our Type B Tie Guan Yin is processed with an emphasis on traditional style tieguanyin oolong processing and roasting.

An oolong that unfurls with a bursting nose of savory greens and charred seaweed, only to leave your mouth guessing with burnt sugary sweetness. Every aspect of the tea is different, from the residual aromas in the teacup, to the smell of the leaf, to the taste of the soup. A truly well integrated roast of wonderful material that makes a long and focused gongfu session a joy.
