Stored in dry/natural conditions in Fujian before moving to Guangdong in 2019, this baicha [white tea] from Fuding county in Fujian province is considered to be Gongmei grade white tea, which has more buds and higher grade leaf than a Shoumei.
Thick bodied aged white tea with strong sweetness and wide array of floral and fruity fragrances. The 2014 Gongmei brick is very versatile; brew it Western style, gongfu style or boil the leaves. Suitable for further aging or drinking directly.

Our Grandpa's ripe Puer tea is a 7 gram ball that is blended with the intention that you will not handle it with care. Meant to be tossed into a cup, mug, or thermos and brewed grandpa style with very little attention. Just a quick boiling rinse, add boiling water and enjoy. The Grandpa's has a smooth body and a classic heavy bodied shu character that has legs.

The dates on the original boxes was actually 2013, but the producer said to the best of his recollection it was in fact from spring 2016, so we went with the later date. The true age is anybody's guess, but it was pressed with age on it.

WTCCCTV is a heavily sweet and full bodied black tea with a range of honey and fruit flavors that fluctuate between sweet grass and unripe pear. The natural style of sun dried processing means that leaves range in oxidation level, allowing for a complex experience with a bit of variation from session to session. This is an enduring and heavy black tea best suited for a longer, gongfu style tea session.
