A blend of several small batch ripe Puer teas fermented using our own material and under our own supervision spanning several years, Predawn Dark was then sent to Fujian province to be charcoal roasted by hand by veteran Wuyi Yancha makers in 2022 and pressed in early 2023 in Yunnan after a period of rest.
Molasses and amped up aromatics of dark fruits and forest floor. The fragrances bounce out of the cup beyond your typical shou, without sacrificing the thick body of the tea. Excellent for a daily cup of shou.
