Shipping & Returns

Due to the covid-19 crisis global shipping has been slowed down considerably. Please, before making your order, take into account that wait times are unpredictable and may even exceed two months due to the virus. If you are not prepared for the wait, please do not order until the situation has returned to normal. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we appreciate your patience.


All of our shipments originate from China. We offer a flat rate of $9.99 on all orders up to 15 kilograms. For orders in excess of this amount, please contact us with the subject ‘wholesale’.  In order to ensure accurate shipping data, please create a user account and input your shipping address. In order for us to provide the best possible service, please also include your telephone number, as many countries require a telephone number for shipping verification. We will never distribute this information to any party other than a shipping agent.

Most shipments will typically take between 1-3 weeks, depending on the international location. Shipments with heavier weights may be best delivered with a combination of land/air, which may take up to 4 weeks, but in most cases arrives in roughly the same amount of time. We will make every attempt to optimize the time in which your order arrives! Local shipping in Mainland China will take under 5 business days.

Please include all necessary information for customs declarations for your country. If a parcel is held by customs and not allowed to enter your country, we will not be held responsible.

We will send  a tracking number as soon as possible after the package leaves customs. It is not uncommon for the tracking numbers to take a couple of weeks before updating. We appreciate your patience; shipping times from China can be unpredictable.

Once you have received a tracking number, we recommend tracking your package here. Please note that when a package is described as “preparing shipment”, this means the package has already left Chinese customs and is on the way to its final destination. It is not uncommon for a package to take two to three weeks to receive an update while in between customs. We appreciate your patience.


We do not accept any returns at this time, all sales are final.
