2026 Janiform

Our 2026 Janiform is a blend of material that we've aged in our Menghai storage prior to pressing. The soup has a feeling of rich salinity that leaves a wake of sweetness. The last vestiges of freshness float above the aromatics with a turn into honey huigan. Highly recommend trying it sooner rather than later, since this blend would be difficult to recreate.

Pressed in 2026. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are wrapped in bamboo leaf tongs, with five cakes per tong.
