Cockscomb

Cockscomb is an oolong tea from the Fujian province of China.

Baijiguan, which literally translates as white cockscomb, is a classic varietal of Wuyi rock tea that is has a character all its own. More green and bright than its other yancha brethren, it can be a refreshing cup of tea, a change of pace and a wholly unique experience for people who want to experience the full range of what yancha has to offer.
