Jinmudan

Jinmudan is an oolong tea from the Fujian province of China.

Jinmudan is a cultivar that was created starting in 1978 in Fujian using the tieguanyin oolong varietal as the mother and using another varietal called huangdan. The resulting cultivar is a tight and floral explosion with a long returning sweetness and mineral character. This one comes out swinging.
