Wayward White

Wayward White is a partially sun, partially shade dried white tea from Yunnan.

Clean, sweet, bright and easy. Loose white tea with plenty of versatility. Heavy amounts of leaf and long steeps will produce thick, syrupy white tea with a heavy body. Light on the leaf and fast steeps with lower temperatures will yield a soft and elegant soup with bright floral aromatics. Easy on the wallet and a workhorse for day to day drinking.
