Half Dream Matcha

Our Half Dream Matcha is a Chinese matcha made from material from Zhejiang province and the longjing (dragon well) 43 cultivar. 

A creamy and dreamy matcha for those who enjoy a subtle and nuanced matcha experience. A strong mineral backbone expresses the cultivar's signature character alongside an elegant umami. We prefer this one its own, though if you want to make decadent lattes we won't tell anybody.

Each purchase is for a 30g tin of matcha.
