2023 Point of No Return
I hate writing about teas like this. What’s there to say? That it’s rare? It’s rare. That it’s from a forest? It’s from a forest. That the trees are old? They’re old. All of those descriptors are bandied about so often they've lost all meaning.
Nothing gets to the core of why a tea like this is special or different other than the experience of it.
It’s soothing and sweet and has an intense feeling to it. If the budget fits, I’d recommend people who love raw Puer experience it. It’s probably not worth the cost of admission if you’re new to raw Puer or on a tight tea budget, wait until you’ve got years of experience under your belt before you try this tea.
Pressed in 2023. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are wrapped in bamboo leaf tongs, with five cakes per tong.
