Keep in mind that each payment is for the following month. For example, if you sign up on August 10th, your first club shipment will be the September tea club sent on September 1st.
If you would like a previous months club, please contact us and we can invoice you and send previous tea club packages if still available. Just let us know which month you are interested in and we will take care of the rest.
Our tea club packages usually ship on or before the first of the month. Unfortunately the package and tracking will not be directly linked to your white2tea account, however we can always manually search your tracking a few days after they are sent. Simply contact us for any tracking inquiries or any other questions.
If you ever have an address change, please contact us before the end of the month.
