white2tea Shipping FAQ

Below are a few of the most frequently asked questions regarding packages that ship from white2tea. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Where do your packages ship from?

We ship our packages from Mainland China.

How long does it usually take to ship to my country?

This depends from country to country, but usually our shipping from China takes between 1-3 weeks. Circumstances such as busy shipping seasons can affect this, but most packages arrive within one month of leaving customs.

My tracking number says "preparing shipment", what does that mean?

The language used on some tracking websites can be a bit confusing, but packages that say "preparing shipment" or "processing" have already left Chinese customs on that date. For example, if your package says "Feb.24th preparing shipment", that means that your packages left China on the Feb.24th and is already on the way to its final destination.

My package is not moving, what should i do?

It is very common for there to be a gap of 1-3 weeks in between customs updates. If your package has been three weeks without any update, feel free to contact us and we can check if there is any additional information.

My tracking number says "return to cast" or "return to vote", what does that mean?

Sometimes packages are bounced back to us for one reason or another. If your tracking number reads as not found or has a return message on it, please contact us and we can search its new tracking number. We will always automatically resend packages until they are properly on their way to the final destination.

What kind of shipping methods do you use?

Most of our packages are shipped using e-packets. For heavier or more expensive packages, we ship via EMS for better speed and security. If you have an unusual circumstance or need a different method, please contact us directly.

What will happen if my package is lost?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost, we will make sure that you get your tea or a refund. This is not a common occurrence, but rest assured that we will help you out if unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery.
