Rougui is an oolong tea from the Fujian province of China. The name rougui literally translates as cinnamon, one of the most famous varieties of yancha [rock oolong]. From early May 2018, this tea had four roasts, but the flavors of the flame have receded by the time of its release to reveal the flavors and aromas of dark fruits and deep mineral character within the tea. Rather than give a play-by-play of the complexities that occur in this tea over the course of a gongfu session, we recommend trying this tea and experiencing it for yourself. One of our favorite yanchas. Each purchase is for 25 grams of tea.$25.00 Add to cart
Our Dahongpao is a blend of oolong tea from the Fujian province of China. Originally used to describe the tea from a small group of bushes in Fujian, the name Dahongpao in a modern context is more commonly used to describe blends of yancha [rock oolong] instead of denoting a varietal or processing distinction. Our Dahongpao is a blend that relies heavily on the Meizhan varietal with traditional style processing that incorporates the roast, mineral nature and fragrances of typical yancha in a balanced way. Excellent as an introduction to quality yancha. Each purchase is for 25 grams of tea.$9.50 Read more

Perfect for those seeking a high quality tea with a bit of age to drink right away, though this tea will benefit from further aging as you please. The 2018 Milan Maocha is a bit of a misnomer, how can a tea be both maocha [loose tea] and a brick? In this case, the term maocha refers to the Dancong oolong tea being left in its raw form before pressing. We commissioned this production to be left with stems and large leaves for this pressing. The roast is also medium-heavy, roasted for 24 hours with the highest temperature at 125 C. We wanted a heavier roast that could evolve and calm in the coming years, despite having a slight bite at the time of pressing. The brick is incredibly fragrant, with deeper honey and floral flavors emerging throughout the course of a session. This tea is still slightly punchy, but the tea has a complex interplay between the roast and the brighter aspects of a traditional Milan Dancong. Drink now or age as you please. Each brick is 200 grams. Each tong is a bamboo leaf packed with two bricks.$9.80 – $65.00 Select options

“Nobody needs to go anywhere else. We are all, if we only knew it, already there. If I only knew who in fact I am, I should cease to behave as what I think I am; and if I stopped behaving as what I think I am, I should know who I am. What in fact I am, if only the Manichee I think I am would allow me to know it, is the reconciliation of yes and no lived out in total acceptance and the blessed experience of Not-Two. In religion all words are dirty words. Anybody who gets eloquent about Buddha, or God, or Christ, ought to have his mouth washed out with carbolic soap.” - Aldous Huxley Each cake is 200 grams.$30.00 – $208.00 Select options
This tea is more of a personal production; a few kilograms of scraped together astronomically priced Yiwu. I wouldn't really recommend this tea for people who are new to drinking raw Puer. (under several years or so) The reasons this tea is phenomenal are not "slap in the face obvious", but it is unbelievably comforting to drink, like sweet silk covering your throat and stomach. Drink this tea if you are deep into Yiwu and have the budget, otherwise pretend you never saw this and buy the 2019 inb4 instead. It is a much better value and also a very high end Yiwu raw Puer. Each cake is 200 grams.$49.00 – $349.00 Select options

This blend has a fair amount of aged material in the mix. The smooth and quiet initial steeps of the tea belie a layered complexity with a focus on sweeter Menghai style character. The intense feel of the tea creeps up on feather foot steps and strikes out of nowhere. The aromas have a range from grapes to sweet honey, with a bit of fresh florals from the younger materials.
