What kinds of teas are in the tea club?

Every month is different. We try our best to include a wide range of teas throughout the year. Past clubs have included raw Puer, ripe Puer, oolong, black, white, heicha and green teas.

How much tea weight comes with each club?

This also varies from month to month. Some months have a larger quantity of tea (around 200 grams) whereas other months may focus on a small quantity of higher quality teas (less than 50 grams).

What teas are in next months club package?

While we may announce certain packages in advance, most of the time it is unannounced. Fans of our tea club tend to be people who enjoy surprises and  variety.

How much is the shipping cost to my country?

The club is a $29.99 flat rate to anywhere in the world, shipping is included.

I paid for my teaclub, but I have yet to receive a package, what happened?

The payments for the tea club are always made a month in advance. For example, if you sign up on January 9th, that payment is for the February package which will ship on February 1st. Delivery usually takes around 3-6 weeks, though this depends on the country and the current global shipping situation.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost all countries, depending on current postal regulations. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us.

What if I want to cancel my tea club subscription?

You can cancel anytime using the customer portal in your welcome email. If you need a link to your customer portal or would like to cancel you can also contact us any time.

Do you offer tracking for tea club packages?

You will receive a tracking number for your tea club package when your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take and when do you send the packages?

Usually packages are sent on the 1st of the month, using the payments from the previous month. Delivery takes roughly 3-6 weeks, depending on the country, the time of year and luck.

Is there a way for me to purchase a past tea club package?

If we have extras from a past tea club, we are sometimes able to invoice and send those packages separately. Please contact us if you want a specific package from the past.

I have to change my tea club address, what should i do?

You can manually change your address via the customer portal in your welcome email. If the order for your tea club has already been created (it will be charged and created on the same date each month, the date that you sign up), then please contact us directly with your new address and we can change it manually as long as the package has not yet been shipped.
