2024 Dualist

Sun dried assamica (large leaf varietal) from Yunnan that is usually destined for raw Puer production.

Our 2024 Dualist is bright and lively. Fresh stone fruits and citrus in the aromas and an effervescent sweetness that perks up as the session evolves. A joy to drink on a brisk morning.

We first made Dualist in 2022, and after a couple of years of age someone mentioned that it tasted like blueberry pancakes. We tried it and they were right.

Pressed in 2024. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are in bamboo tongs, with five cakes per tong.
