2026 Lodestar

2026 Lodestar is a sun-dried white tea commissioned by white2tea in spring 2026 to be made from Yunnan dayezhong [large leaf varietal] that is typically made into raw Puer tea. 

This sun drying has given this tea a varied oxidation and a natural feel that drags it a little out of the white tea category and into a smoother territory than most. The brighter aromatics drift into pears and cotton candy. When pushed the body becomes red and creamy with stone fruits. An excellent daily drinker that is as versatile as it is easy to enjoy.
