Our traditional, no smoke Lapsang Souchong. Deep flavors of candied yams and a rich, full body. The aromas of the tea evolve through the session. You can spend a long time smelling the variations between the tea pitcher, tea soup and the leaves. This is an excellent introduction to this classic style of black tea.
The names Zhengshan Xiaozhong and Lapsang Souchong mean the same thing, so if you see them used to describe teas, they are interchangeable. We tend to call them all Lapsang for short.
