The 2020 Sentinel is made from old arbor large leaf varietal tea that is typically made into raw Puer. This tea was picked and processed into shaihong [sun dried black tea] style tea with no machine processing.
Sentinel is a full bodied black tea with a honey sweetness and fruity, floral aroma. Even keel thick sweetness lasts throughout the session along with evolving complex fragrances. A delightful tea for a focused gongfu session.
Pressed in 2020. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are in bamboo tongs, with five cakes per tong.
