The Chinese National Day on October 1st is one of the longest holiday breaks of the year. Well deserved respite for the workers of China that lasts for one week. It's been an especially trying year in China with covid battles abound, so we're actually clocking out even earlier than expected.
Orders made after Wednesday, September 28th will be shipped on October 8th.
We have new tea additions to the site, including a few hybrid styles that have been years in the making! We've taken our cross province styles to a new place with pressings of our Yunnan small batch shou Puer and raw Puer teas alongside Anhua heicha from Hunan. These one kilogram fu bricks are an engaging mash up of styles that can't be missed. We've also got a few other new heicha to expand our commissioned collection and the return of our sold out white ruyao skull teapots
Aged White tea is new on the block compared to aged Puer. White tea ages into sweeter, darker, and medicinal flavors. Unlike fresh white tea, aged white tea is hard to over brew. Thus, aged white tea has more steeping options that highlight the strengths of the mature tea.
After months in the tea mountains (and we're still here!) we have new teas to share. There is a range of new offerings; raw Puer, white tea, black tea, new chabu and even teaware.
